Terms of Service

Welcome to Mercator Glen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our autonomous digital workforce platform, infrastructure, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enterprise Operations & Authorized Use

Mercator Glen provides highly concurrent digital employees engineered for property management, wholesale distribution, and inventory reconciliation. You grant Mercator Glen explicit authorization to interface with your designated third-party software (e.g., AppFolio, NetSuite) strictly within operational boundaries.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to orchestrate fraudulent financial transactions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or dismantle our architectures.
• Bypass established Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) cryptographic authorizations.

2. Zero-Defect Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

While we architect our systems for deterministic accuracy, we are not liable for operational failures stemming from undocumented third-party API changes or inaccurately provided business logic parameters.

In no event shall Mercator Glen or Ashish Gandotra be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the digital workforce.

3. Data Governance & Security Constraints

Our infrastructure operates under a strict SOC2 Type II aligned framework. We enforce a strict zero-retention policy on operational data.

4. Intellectual Property

The proprietary code, algorithms, and operational playbooks developed by Mercator Glen remain our exclusive intellectual property. Engaging our Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the digital employees.

5. Termination of Contract

Either party may terminate the deployment contract with 30 days written notice. We will systematically purge any cached operational configurations from our clusters within 72 hours of termination.
